Next.js 15 on Cloud Run, serverless auto-scaling, single-tenant data isolation enforced at workspace level. Every Firestore document carries workspaceId; every query filters by it.
Data layer
Firestore for live state, BigQuery for analytics + attribution, Firebase Storage for call recordings + assets. PII never reaches BigQuery in plaintext.
Workflow layer
n8n for orchestration, Cloud Tasks for delayed jobs, Pub/Sub for cross-service events. Dead-letter queue alerts on every failed step.
